Michelle Johnson began her 20-plus-year real estate career working for a high-end custom home builder, where she was in charge of on-site operations including sales, marketing and financing. Having also served as an Escrow Officer for a real estate firm, Michelle has seen firsthand that efficient and timely closing procedures are essential to a successful development project. In her pursuit of a deeper understanding of the industry, Michelle has worked with construction, sales, and marketing teams and won many awards for leadership and outstanding salesmanship. Michael Surprenant has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. At the age of 20 he founded his first company in Boston, Massachusetts, enjoying five years of steady growth before he sold his business, completed his BA in music, and moved to New York City, where he became one of the area's top musicians. Michael then got his real estate license, and after a short immersion in the New York City market, he was recruited to work for an NRT division of Coldwell Banker, called The Condo Store. In his first year, he was recognized as the top salesperson in the country, receiving the distinguished Coldwell Banker Diamond Society Award.
After working with arduous and incomprehensive real estate development software programs, Michael has designed a state-of-the-art, real-time, Web-based software program for managing all aspects of development projects. The scope of this software includes sales, marketing, and the construction and inventory control activities associated with real estate projects. MMark Online is now fast becoming the industry standard for all serious, high volume developers. The software dramatically reduces developer soft costs and eliminates common, and often costly, communication errors. MMark Online is making world-wide marketing campaigns a realistic and easy option in an effort to realize faster sales absorptions.
As a co-founder of MMark, Inc., Michael has found his passion working in a remunerative industry and serving humanity with environmentally progressive real estate development. He takes pride in knowing that his efforts minimize or eliminate negative effects on community infrastructure and the environment. He is determined to provide residential and commercial properties that make their inhabitants feel good about where they work and live.
